Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This policy explains how Floww Group Ltd handles personal data in connection with this website, and your rights under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

The data controller is Floww Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15986643, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. You can contact us about privacy at hello@flowwgroup.com.

2. What we collect

  • Information you send us. If you email us or otherwise get in touch, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our servers and hosting provider automatically record limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not run advertising or third-party tracking on this site, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. How we use it, and our legal bases

  • To respond to your enquiries and correspond with you - our legitimate interest in dealing with the people who contact us.
  • To operate, secure and maintain the site, and prevent abuse - our legitimate interest in running a safe and reliable service.
  • To comply with our legal obligations where they apply.

4. Cookies

This site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function and to keep it secure. These do not require consent. We do not use analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.

5. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf under contract, such as our website hosting and email providers. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) so your data stays protected.

7. How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. Server logs are kept only for a short period for security and diagnostics.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data erased in certain circumstances;
  • restrict or object to how we process your data;
  • data portability where it applies;
  • withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent, without affecting earlier processing.

To exercise any of these, email hello@flowwgroup.com. We will respond within the time limits set by law.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
